Cindy Nguyen joined C2ST as the Operations Manager in 2024. With over 10 years of experience in the culinary world of niche craft oriented hospitality–she comes to us with a high volume and upscale managerial business background. With work experiences ranging from non-profit fundraising to running lucrative F&B business operations–her reimmersion into the world of STEM with C2ST, has most certainly resparked her love of all things biology and environmental studies. 

Outside of C2ST, Cindy enjoys discovering and revisiting all the amazing and diverse food that the city of Chicago has to offer.
