How do our brains shape our lives, and how can we care for them together? Join local community organizations for an afternoon of hands-on activities and conversations with experts at the Amburg Hall of Bethel New Life. Guests of all ages are invited – come and share your wisdom and experiences relating to brain health in your community!

This is an inclusive opportunity to explore how our brains shape the ways we think, feel, and act. Discover practical tips for maintaining a healthy brain and connect with local organizations dedicated to mental well-being and neurological research. Brain-healthy refreshments and take-home materials will be available for participants.

This event is open to the public and free of charge, as part of a series in partnership with C2ST and Worldview Studio, funded by the DANA Foundation. By connecting science and community, the series aims to promote mental well-being and spark meaningful discussions about brain health in the Chicago area.
