		<description>I saw a product in Kentucky that serves this exact concept.  It is called Vital Life ID and the company that ownes it is called Digital Storage Solution.  I have it on power point.  It is fascinating and is being utilized in Kentucky now. The owner of this item is in remission from cancer and all his medical records are on his ID card, including his mri, altra sounds, dental records, etc.
